Please note, in accordance with regulations in some regions, it is important to clarify that these treatments are not a substitute for medically prescribed advice or care. Always consult your GP or healthcare provider for any medical concerns or conditions.

Sessions are fully transferrable, should you wish to gift or pass them on, but they are not refundable. You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance via the online calendar.

If you’re running late, please reach out. In the absence of communication, sessions will be considered forfeited 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. The only exception is in the case of technical difficulties, in which we’ll do our best to accommodate.
