ENERGY LEVEL 106-110: PARDON
Pardon is the feeling and choice to let go of resentment toward someone who has caused harm. It’s an emotional release that says, “I no longer hold this against you.” Pardon is not about forgetting or pretending something didn’t happen. It’s about freeing yourself from the weight of anger, blame, or hurt. It creates space for peace, healing, and moving forward. This emotion often takes time. It comes after pain has been felt and processed. Pardon doesn’t mean the other person was right—it means you’ve decided not to let their actions control your heart anymore. People who practice pardon feel lighter, more open, and more at ease. Holding on to resentment keeps us stuck; pardon sets us free. At its best, pardon restores dignity—to ourselves and others. It’s a powerful act of strength, not weakness. It opens the door to understanding, compassion, and sometimes reconciliation.
