Before we begin, I’d like to share that this meditation was passed on to me long ago by someone who is no longer with us—a teacher, a friend, a quiet guide whose wisdom still echoes. Their presence left a lasting impression, and this simple practice became a source of calm, clarity, and connection in my life. Today, I offer it to you as it was once offered to me—with sincerity, humility, and deep respect.
