HUNA PRINCIPLES

Definition of Huna Principles:

Huna is a modern interpretation of ancient Hawaiian spiritual and philosophical teachings. The term Huna means “secret” in Hawaiian, but in this context, it refers to the esoteric wisdom passed down through generations. The Huna Principles are a set of core ideas that describe how the mind, energy, and the universe work together to shape our reality.

These principles were popularized by Max Freedom Long, a Western writer who studied Hawaiian spirituality in the early 20th century. While not all of his interpretations are universally accepted by native Hawaiian practitioners, Huna remains influential in modern spiritual and self-help communities.
