ENERGY LEVEL 141-145: ECSTASY

Ecstasy is the feeling of intense, overwhelming joy and pleasure. It’s a peak emotional state where happiness becomes almost too big to contain—filling the body and mind with pure energy and delight. In ecstasy, we lose track of time and forget ourselves. It can come through love, creativity, music, nature, or spiritual moments. It often feels like being lifted beyond ordinary life into something extraordinary. This emotion is powerful and freeing. It dissolves fear, doubt, and separation. In ecstasy, we feel fully alive, fully present, and fully connected—to ourselves, others, or something greater. People in ecstasy often express it through laughter, dance, movement, or stillness. It’s a surrender to joy, a release from control.  It its best, ecstasy reminds us of the heights of human experience—how deeply we can feel, how fully we can live, and how beautiful life can be.
