BIOMAGNETISM FOR EMOTIONAL BALANCE

Biomagnetism, also known as biomagnetic pair therapy, is a holistic healing technique that uses the placement of magnets on specific areas of the body to help restore the body’s natural pH balance. By addressing imbalances that may contribute to emotional and physical distress, biomagnetism supports the body’s ability to regulate itself. In the context of emotional balance, this therapy aims to reduce anxiety, stress, and emotional blockages by promoting energetic harmony between the mind and body. It is based on the idea that unresolved emotional experiences can disrupt the body’s energetic flow, and that gentle magnetic stimulation can help reset that flow, creating a sense of inner calm and stability. While not a replacement for mental health treatment, biomagnetism can be a supportive, non-invasive complement to emotional healing. It can also be used to relieve physical pain.

Note:
The magnet’s color or polarity (Red/North +/positive, Black/South/- negative) refers to the side that comes into contact with the skin. Make sure to position the correct polarity on the body as shown in the placement guides.

All treatments benefit from about 30 minutes. More will not hurt or help.

To hold magnets on the head, you can use a headband. To hold magnets on clothes you can put a washer on top of the clothes and the magnet.

Magnet Polarization Key:

The goal of all treatments is to regulate the pH balance.

  • 🧲⚫ Negative Pole (Black magnet) = Absorbs excess acidity, calms overactive areas.

  • 🧲🔴 Positive Pole (Red magnet) = Neutralizes to create alkaline zones, stimulates underactive functions.

A Guide to Buying Biomagnets

Choosing the right magnets is essential for effective and safe biomagnetic therapy. Here’s what to consider:

Magnet Type & Polarity

Use Neodymium (NdFeB) therapeutic magnets.
Each magnet must be clearly marked to show:

  • North Pole (Positive):  Red

  • South Pole (Negative):  Black

  • Identifying polarity is critical for correct use.

 Strength (Gauss Rating)

Choose magnets with a Gauss rating between 1,000 and 5,000.
This guide assumes a minimum of 1,000 Gauss.
While strength matters, proper placement is even more important.

⚡ Casing & Size

Select magnets encased in skin-safe materials like leather, vinyl, or plastic to prevent chipping and ensure hygiene.
A diameter of 1–2 inches (2–5 cm) is suitable for most body areas.

When you pull magnets apart, do so in a sliding manner, not a prying apart way. This helps to avoid it snapping on your fingers and damaging the magnets.

❌ What to Avoid

Warning:

Do not use if fitted with mechanical parts suchas pacemakers, battery attachments, or on pregnant people.  This is not a replacement for medical treatment.

Avoid using:

  • Refrigerator magnets

  • Craft magnets

  • Unipolar magnets

These are too weak and lack the required North/South polarity pairing needed for biomagnetic therapy.

The following are some of the main emotional imbalances. Please contact me if you would like any particular emotion added to the presentation.

1. FEAR & ANXIETY

Understanding Fear and Anxiety

Fear is a natural, protective response to real danger. It prepares your body to react quickly — to fight, flee, or freeze in response to a threat. This reaction is essential for survival. However, when fear occurs without a real or immediate threat, and especially when it interferes with daily life, it becomes anxiety.

Anxiety is more than just temporary worry or stress. It can be a persistent feeling of unease, dread, or apprehension. Unlike fear, which usually has a specific cause, anxiety may be vague, without a clear focus, and often long-lasting. Anxiety can affect you physically (increased heart rate, muscle tension), cognitively (racing thoughts, difficulty concentrating), emotionally (irritability, feeling overwhelmed), and behaviorally (avoidance, compulsions).

Several anxiety disorders illustrate how this reaction can manifest differently:

  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD): People with GAD worry excessively and uncontrollably about everyday issues — work, health, finances — even when there is little or no reason to worry.

  • Phobias: These involve an intense fear of specific things or situations, such as open spaces (agoraphobia) or spiders (arachnophobia). The fear is often irrational but can be overwhelming.

  • Panic Disorder: This causes sudden and repeated episodes of intense fear, known as panic attacks. These attacks occur unexpectedly and can feel like a heart attack, often with no clear trigger.

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): OCD involves unwanted, persistent thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions) that a person feels driven to perform to relieve anxiety.

  • Hypochondria (Illness Anxiety Disorder): This is the excessive worry about having or developing a serious illness, despite medical reassurance.

In all of these cases, the core issue is not fear itself, but how the mind and body respond inappropriately or excessively to perceived threats. Recognizing the signs and understanding the differences between fear and anxiety is the first step toward managing them effectively.

2. DEPRESSION

DEPRESSION and                                                           MOOD REGULATOR

Biomagnetism therapy helps to support the treatment of depression and help regulate emotional imbalances When magnets are placed on these specific points of the body and brain, they may help modulate neural pathways associated with mood regulation and emotional response. This approach is also helpful to calm excessive emotional reactions—such as aggression, hysteria, or dominance—as well as ease inhibited states like fear, withdrawal, and depression. By rebalancing these extremes, biomagnetism may promote greater emotional stability and improved mental well-being.

Location: Often associated with  cranial pressures;

Placement: (you can use a headband to hold them in place)

4. GUILT

GUILT WHEN NOT INVOLVING GRIEF

Guilt is a complex emotion and can have different impacts on the emotional field. You can do each pair, one at a time if limited by your magnets, or do all that are appropriate at once. They will work in synergy.

🔸 Standard Guilt Placement (Kidney–Kidney Pair)

This is the classic biomagnetic pair for guilt rooted in shame, regret, or fear. The kidneys are energetically associated with processing and holding deep emotional burdens.

  • Negative (Black, −): Left Kidney
  • 🔴 Positive (Red, +): Right Kidney

AND THE PAIR:

🧲 Guilt Long-standing

This variation is often used when guilt is:

  • Long-standing or subconscious

  • Stored neurologically rather than just emotionally, this pair helps address unconscious guilt, obsessive guilt, or guilt connected to internalized mental patterns.
  • Negative (Black, −): Occipital Lobe
(back of the head, just above the neck — brain’s visual/emotional processing area)
  • 🔴 Positive (Red, +): Right Kidney

🔸 Guilt Based on Loss, Love, Betrayal

Optional Expanded Pair: Occipital – Heart

Used when guilt carries an emotional weight connected to love, loss, betrayal, or broken connections.

  • Negative (Black, −): Occipital Lobe
  • 🔴 Positive (Red, +): Center Chest (Heart)

🔸 Expanded Placement for Guilt Tied to Deep Grief (Lung–Kidney)

Use this when guilt stems from loss, mourning, or inability to forgive oneself.

  • Negative (Black, −): Left Lung
  • 🔴 Positive (Red, +): Right Kidney

5. LOW SELF-ESTEEM

🧲  Low Self-Esteem

Low Self-Esteem is typically associated with:

Spleen or Stomach area — representing worry, overthinking, and self-doubt.

Primary Magnet Pair

This pair supports rebalancing the emotional terrain of worthiness, self-trust, and inner strength.

  • Negative (Black, −): Frontal Lobe (center of forehead)

  • 🔴 Positive (Red, +): Solar Plexus (upper abdomen, just below the sternum)

6. SHOCK

SHOCK

In biomagnetic therapy, the emotion Shock—especially emotional or energetic shock—is considered a disruptive frequency often stored in areas linked to the nervous system, heart, and brain.

Glands or Sexual Organs — representing deep-rooted body-wide responses, trauma, and sudden overwhelm.

Why These Areas?

  • Occipital Lobe: Holds subconscious processing of trauma or startling events.
  • Heart: Stores emotional impressions.
  • Glands: React immediately to shock (adrenaline, hormonal surges).

Primary Pair: Gland – Gland

  • Negative (Black, −): Left Adrenal or Reproductive Gland area
  • 🔴 Positive (Red, +): Right Adrenal or Reproductive Gland area

Targets the endocrine system, helping release trauma held in the body’s stress-response centers (adrenals, ovaries/testes).

Alternate Pair: Occipital – Heart

Used when shock is emotional, sudden, and deeply felt, affecting both subconscious memory and the heart field.

  • Negative (Black, −): Occipital Lobe (base of the skull/back of head)
  • 🔴 Positive (Red, +): Heart/Center of chest

7. PANIC

Biomagnetic Placement for Panic

Panic is an intense emotional frequency often linked to sudden fear, nervous system overload, and a loss of grounding or control.

Panic is associated with the Liver or Gallbladder — key organs for processing intensity, stress, emotional reaction, and detoxifying energetic overload.

Primary Placement: Liver–Gallbladder Pair

This pair supports emotional detox, calming the fight-or-flight response, and soothing reactive overwhelm.

  • Negative (Black, −): Left Rib Cage / Liver area (approx. under left breast or lower rib cage)
  • 🔴 Positive (Red, +): Right Rib Cage / Gallbladder area (approx. under right breast or right lower rib)

Alternate Pair: Frontal Lobe – Adrenals

Use this for mental panic, obsessive worry, or fear spirals. It helps calm the mind-body loop that fuels panic.
